The Fleet Dispenser is an advanced piece of equipment designed for the precise control of fuel consumption and the management of all product movements at the loading base. This dispenser guarantees accurate dispatches (dispensings) and offers an innovative automatic control system that optimizes operation and information logging.

• Precision and Control: Allows for the pre-determination of the number of liters to be dispensed, ensuring exact control.
• Versatility: Available in single-hose or double-hose versions.
• Advanced Hydraulics: Equipped with latest-generation hydraulics.
• Maximum Flow Rate (Dispenser): 50/60 liters per minute.
• Maximum Pressure: 3 bar.
• Connection Options: Nozzle and hoses of 1” or ¾”.
• Dispenser Option: You can opt for the Dispenser version if you already own a pump.
• Dispenser Flow Rate: 5 to 100 liters per minute (depending on the existing pump).

Dispensing Control System: Smart Functionalities

The equipment features an automatic dispensing control system that offers real-time information on fuel consumption. Using proprietary technology, it enables the following key functionalities for efficient fleet management:

• Identify the driver or vehicle performing the dispensing.
• Log liters dispensed, year, month, day, and time of each transaction.
• Log vehicle mileage (KM) to calculate consumption.
• Automatically authorize or deny dispensings according to pre-established criteria.
• Access the information from any computer on the network or from the cloud via Head Office.

Interface and Data Storage

The Fleet Dispenser features a touch screen that facilitates navigation and access to all its functionalities.

1. Transaction and Record Inquiry

Once dispensing is complete, the information is securely stored for inquiry. Data access is performed via a local web interface which allows for:

• Viewing dispensings.
• Downloading transactions.
• The stored information includes:
  • Dispenser and hose used.
  • Date and time of dispensing.
  • Volume dispensed.
  • Driver.
  • Mileage.
  • Tanks (associated).

2. Information Security

The logged information is stored securely, with restricted access only to authorized users through passwords and different access levels.

Optional: Stock Control and Telemetry

The equipment can be integrated with an optional module for Tank Stock Control and a Telemetry System.

• Mechanism: Monitoring through a magnetostrictive probe.
• Data Collected:
  • Product level.
  • Net and gross product volume.
  • Temperature.
  • Presence of water in the tank.
• Report: Upon completion of each download, the data is sent to Head Office for:
  • Inventory reconciliation.
  • Warning of shortages or fuel leaks.
